Haiqal goes to sleep at 2030hrs on a school night and wakes up at 0730hrs . He takes 0-1 hrs nap sometimes .
On a weekend , Haiqal sleeps at 2130hrs / 2230hrs and wakes up at between 0800hrs – 0930hrs . He rarely takes nap time on a weekend

Haiqal goes to the toilet to urine but poo poo in the diaper
He does not wear diapers anymore unless he needs to poop or when we are going on long journeys without toilet available nearby . Whenever he wants to poop , he will ask permission to wear his diapers .

Haiqal eats normal menu like rice and noodles . His favourite is vegetable . He does not like to eat meat . He prefers to eat vegetables and fruits . When eating chicken , he will only eat the crispy skin but not the flesh . But he loves vegetables ans not picky about it .
10.Physical activity (all children/adolescents)
Haiqal is very physically active, he enjoys hands on activity and activities that require him to be physical and hands on . He does not like am activity that requires him to be desk bound or requires him to be quite and silent .
Usually during the weekends we will bring him to the playground or a swim at the beach or just to play sand castle for him to channel his energy.
Weekdays he will attend school .

Haiqal is very good with both his fine and gross motoskills . He draws pretty well for his age . He is not clumsy . He is able to carry his cup of water without spilling its contents . He will also volunteer and can carry quite large and heavier objects .

Salient psychological factors
1.Emotional regulation (children 5 years and under)
Haiqal is overall very very cheerful and friendly . But if he does not get what he wants or is the person he is talking to does not understand him or fail to remember what he remembers , he will get pretty agitated and and angry then start whining and cry . He will also throw tantrums and fit when he doesnt get what he wants .
2.Attentional regulation (children 5 years and under)
Haiqal has very very good memory . He remembers a good amount or incidents formm his younger age although not all of it . His memory of the present is very good . ie he remembers if his aunt or parents mentioned something or did something with him from months or years back . Like he randomly will say ‘remember , last time we go somewhere then something something ? ‘
Although he has good memory , when it comes to doing school work like Alphabets or counting , he has quite low attention span . He gets distracted very easily and does not remember what is taught unless you dramatised the way you teach him or do an activity then he will remember . But if its just desk bound his attention is low and will not absorb and remember what is taught .
3.Social regulation (children 5 years and under)
Haiqal is good with his emotions . He understands his parent’s gestures to him and will change his behaviour of whatever he is doing and react differently . He will also show empathy towards people’s emotion and situation . ie When we are playing and laughing or when he is throwing tantrum and hits me and i will react with a fake cry or pain , he will stop and console and apologise. So that i will stop ‘crying’ . He will say sorry and say im okay . Sorry it was an accident .
4.Cognitive functioning: language, memory, problem solving (all children/adolescents)
Haiqal has good memory and problem solving skills . Like he remembers if his parents had thought him previously how to deal with a problem in the same situation . Like example if he has difficulty to put together a puzzle , and after he is taught how to do so, he is able to remember and do it again next time .
Also , he will also try to us same or similar methods he was once taught to solve problems or difficulties in a different situation . He will try and when successful , will say ‘ohh ibu ! This one like that la , see i remembee , i know last time you teach me right ? ‘
