Interview Questions to PSWs and some helpful tips below for the writer

1) What brought you to this job as a personal support worker? Can you talk a bit about your work history leading up to this?

2) Can you describe some details of your experience working with PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic?

3) What are some of the challenges you faced with the use of PPE during the Covid-19 pandemic?

4) What is the age range of the clients you provide care for?

5) Are your clients able to wear PPE during the time of care? If not, how are you affected by that?

6) Have you ever experienced uncertainty about PPE, if it is sufficiently protective? Can you describe specific incident?

7) What are some of the changes you’ve experienced with PPE during the pandemic compared to regular times before the pandemic?

8) Is there anything else you think I need to know about your experience with the use of PPE?

Below are some recommendations from prof’s feedback

she says “Two sections that will likely not change because of the findings is the theory and the methodology and methods. I would suggest that you beef up those…keeping the overall word limit in mind. I would use the proposal as a base to work off of. When done, I suggest you work on the introduction.” So for this, start by re-reading those sections of your proposal, because you’ll be using that as a jumping off point.

I am using Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Intersectionality

For theory, you might need to do more reading and background research to make sure that this section is strong. Take a look at what you put in your proposal and then try expanding each section and adding more details and explanations. Here are some things to think about when writing this section. And then for methodology and methods, take a look at your proposal and what you said in there, and then add more detail and other sources to what you already have. This chapter will:

Answer the question: What methods have you chosen for the research and why are they suitable for this study?

Show that you understand research methodologies

State what research methods you are using for your research

Justify why you have chosen those methods
