2. Critically evaluate the degree of compliance of the company Halfords Group plc with the UK Code of Corporate Governance 2016 version. To be able to do so, you will need to consider Halfords’ 2019 annual report, the 2016 UK Code of Corporate Governance, and research any fraud(s) committed at Halfords and reported in the literature between 2018 and 2019
