Research Report 2 – – 2,000 words (20% of your final mark)
The second report requires you to conduct a critical appraisal of the academic literature to analyse the role of project management in dealing with the challenges usually encountered in the entrepreneurial life cycle. You are required to source at least 5 journal papers and write a report to answer one of the following questions:
o The suitability of traditional and/or adaptive project management approaches to deliver incremental and radical innovative outcomes.
o How to design/implement a hybrid adaptive/traditional PM methodologies and/or scale up an agile implementation.
Please note that traditional project management is also known as stage gate, waterfall or predictive project management. The adaptive project management is also known as agile project management
