TASK

The first assessment will showcase your ability to examine a change in an organisation. You will use your critical analysis skills on a well-known company and explore how the organisation responded to a particular situation in the market and made the company a success.

 

This assessment is based on Topic 1 of the subject.

Questions

  1. Who are the key stakeholders? How do you believe they might influence the start-up’s success?
  2. What core values do you believe the start-up company must have to encourage a continuous change culture?
  3. Name one change in the marketplace that could go wrong for the start-up company. Develop a creative solution to the problem and justify why your solution will work.

 

Create a maximum of eight slides in the following manner:

  • a title slide
  • up to six slides for the three questions, and
  • a final slide that has a list of references to support your argument

PRESENTATION

  • Record a video or voice presentation to a maximum of 10-minutesanalysing the case study questions.

Word count:

  • The total word count should be distributed across the six slides and any additional notes slides according to the argument that you want to make.
  • Word count per slide is not specified but please do not overcrowd your slides. This is a business presentation.
  • The title slide and the reference list slide are not included in the word count.

 

Slide order:

  • The title slide must provide a title for the presentation, the subject code and title, and your name and student number.
  • The final slide must show all sources used including the four additional references used for the presentation, in APA7 format.
  • Beyond these requirements, you have a free hand to format the slides as you wish.
