Your rationale should consist of the following: (1) what type of leader you are (e.g., boss-centered or subordinate-centered)

(2) to what degree are you rigid (mechanistic) or flexible (organic),

(3) which value composition (e.g., Clan, Adhocracy, Market, and Hierarchy) would you adopt to establish culture norms.

Use cultural antecedents from recognizable organizations (i.e., Google, Apple, Amazon, Disney) to demonstrate your ability to apply cultural values to practical usage of those beliefs. For example, p. 111 describes the dichotomous cultural profile of Amazon who blend value attributes (high Adhocracy and high Hierarchy) to facilitate organizational effectiveness.
