Assignment structure and format
You will need the learning plan completed for assignment 2 to complete this assignment.
Step 1: Choose a leadership role that you would like to occupy within 5 years of graduating.
Step 2: Critically reflect on whether the learning plan would enable you to take on that leadership role
Step 3: Produce a report that details your evaluation of your learning plan. Your report must contain the following:
- Cover Page and Title – not included in the word count
- Executive Summary – not included in the word count
- Introduction
- Evaluation Framework – how and why you evaluated your plan in this way
- Evaluation Findings – the results of your evaluation of the plan
- Conclusion and Recommendation – is your plan SMARTmenough

- Appendices : role description for chosen organisation and the
learning plan
The report should be 12-point font and submitted electronically
