Many rooms are providing different types of security according to the different profiles of the guest such as children, women and old man.Availability of the internet- the students who are going to hire that room, expect the high availability of the internet because they are from student background and that can help them for their studies.Availability of simple and tasty food- as the room are specially for the university students, they can unable to make their food on their own, so if the room contains the facilities of the food then many students can attract to the room. Task 2 Apart from the management reports which are listed in the case study, the additional management reports which may assist the business for the decision making and can be used to facilitate the decision making of the business are enlisted below: Pricing – the management team can increase the price, when the periods of the pick goes to high and they can also be able to know that, to ensures the rent of the room how much discount should be given according to that high pick of the periods so that they can maximize the return of their business.Distribution – by the help of the distribution the room can be advertised on different channels like agencies of online travel so that they can promote their sales and can reach the goals which are optimized. These things are very essential to involve measure the number of minimum rooms that are needed to be sold by any channel.Segmentation of the market- the management of the business have to be aware of the market. And also they have to aware of the different demographics, affordability and demands, the preferences of the variables so that are paramount to understand the distribution and price of the room which are selling on different channels. Task 3 Task 3.1 The users which are being identified for the use of the websites according to the case study is the students of the university, the landlord and the moderator. Task 3.2 The information requirement which is provided in the case study is having a few basic functional requirements for the users of the websites like university students, landlords, moderator are as enlisted below: As a user like a university student, they have limited capacities to lease the property which has the multi-bedroom at an affordable price so, therefore, they are having the requirement of a single room in the house or an apartment and for this, they have lack of platforms that arrange that type of rooms in the market.And another user that uses the websites is the landlord, they use these for the requirement of the description of the rooms of the house and the address of the property so that it can help them to post an advertisement of the room with its details. And the moderator who can approve the advertisement which is posting for the under review by the landlords.The third use for the website is the moderator, who uses this website to ensure the advertisement which is generated by the landlords, the moderator can also decline the advertise which are not liked by them. Task 4 Three- Layer Architecture- The application of the three-layer architecture that is (presentation layer, business logic layer, and data persistence layer that are used for the website as described in the case study. (Rajput, Goyal, & Singh, 2018). All three architecture are having some example and relation with the client or server-side. Each of the architecture is enlisted below- Presentation Layer- This layer exists in the layer of the front end in the system of 3-tier which consists of the interfaces of graphically accessible user between the application of the web-based and the web browser and able to display the information and the content for the use of the end-user.Logical layer- The business layer or the application layer holds the functional logic of the business which drives the capabilities of the core of the application.Data-tier or the Data Persistence layer – This layer comprises the data storage or the database system and the layer of the data access. Example of Each Layer The example of each layer are as enlisted below: Presentation Layer- Example of this layer is the presentation tiers of the websites can be easily made with help of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Logical Layer- The example of this layer is the creation of the webpage with the help of Java, Python, C++, and many more. Data-tier or the Data Persistence layer – The example of this layer is MySQL, MongoDB, and many more. Relationship between the Client-Server Architecture and Three-Layer Architecture The relationship between both the architecture is that obe architecture is of client side and the other is on the web-side application. The client which are on which side are as enlisted below: Presentation Layer- By the use of this application, the client can access the web pages to communicate with the layer of the application.Logical Layer- With the help of this layer, the client can control and function the task of the process which are received from the database layer and the presentation layer.Data-tier or the Data Persistence layer – With this layer, the server can retrieve and execute the data of the database (Al‐Hawari et al., 2017). Task 5 The prototype of the websites as given in the case study has been done to provide basic knowledge of the websites (Mackare & Jansone, 2019). This prototype having all the objects of the functional requirements that are described in the case study as well as the requirements that are identified in task 1 and 2 for each of the users according to the task of 3.1.
