The department of Human Resources within an organization is one of the key transformative units of an organization. If, in fact the business culture in the United States is moving toward social and environmental justice, how may Human Resources impact and transform labor relations, leadership, employee behavior, and motivation so that the organization culture may transition toward social and environmental justice?
Marketing and public relations have a tremendous impact on consumer behavior, as we say during this second part of the semester. If, in fact, the American business culture is moving toward greater social and environmental justice, how may marketing, pricing, and the development of new products and services contribute to society’s transition toward greater social and environmental justice?

The argument will then be supported by evidence from the readings assigned as well asother external sources that you research and use to further support your ideas. These sources should be cited fully in a bibliography. Finally, you should end the essay with a rounding conclusion that illustrates your key points as well as your own opinion or views on the issue or theme being analyzed.
