After taking both tests, review the PowerPoint presentation from the Required Unit Resources section of the Unit IV Study Guide, and write a two-page minimum essay addressing the items below.
- Identify three or four strengths of your personality type from each test.
- To what percentage do you agree with your personality profile from each test?
- Compare the major characteristics from each personality test.
- If you had to explain to someone else what you just experienced, how would you describe each personality test?
- How does your personality at the workplace differ from your personality in your personal life?
- Describe a time when you behaved differently from your personality description.
You should base your assignment on research from at least two sources from the CSU Online Library.
