Your philosophy of leadership should include how: 1) The types of leadership approaches connect most with you and your leadership style2) The types of organizations that you work in or with and why these lead styles make sense in these organizations3) Ways in which you can use your favorite leadership approaches in your current or future work4) Ways in which you can grow your skills to make them even stronger5) Potential issues you will face with these approaches in your current or future workThe final paper should be 6-8 pages (not including cover page or reference pages. The paper needs to include at least 5 references. The paper should be double spaced, using 12 font Times New Roman, and should accurately follow all APA guidelines for citations and references.
