Assessment Information
This assignment is designed to assess learning outcomes:
Critically evaluate various theories and tools of business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation in order to define the appropriate start-up business processes to be engaged.
Operate as a member of a project team to design and prepare a range of business planning outputsand artifacts required in the process of starting a new business venture and provide interim reportingon progress.
Define and evaluate the use of effectual, creative, critical thinking, problem-solving as aspects of entrepreneurship.
Appraise the business sustainability, long term development, and planning to appreciate the concept of international market development in the context of a start-up and small & medium-size enterprise (SME)
Task 1 – Write Essay Form with 1000 words
Choose one theory either Tuckman, Belbin, Organization, Johnson & Scholes, and then talk about the general concept of the chosen theory, explain what is in the theory, and then the pros and cons.
Use my company as an example and write how the chosen theory can apply on my co?
My company will be AXA Insurance.
