Trade ContractThe contract drafted on Date, between Offeror, Family Funeral Home located at Address and Offeree, Funeral Director/Trade Embalmer, John Doe License number xxxxx is an agreement outlined as follows:• The Offeree will meet with families and will direct funeral services in a respectful and dignified manner. The Offeree will be knowledgeable, caring, and respectful while representing the Offeror. The Offeree agrees to align with these Offeror’s core values while under contract. o The Offeree will offer these services from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The Offeree will be paid on every Friday of every week, promptly in the morning by 11 am. o The Offeree will be required to receive calls from grieving families from 5pm-9am on designated nights during each calendar month which will exceed no more than 10 nights in the respective calendar month. These select nights will be notified to the Offeree at least two weeks in advance, and they will not intersect with the Offeror’s selected embalming nights (see bullet on embalming). o The Offeree will agree to offer services at least one Saturday, from 9am-5pm, each calendar month, which will be included in salary. Should the Offeree be required to work additional Saturdays, they will be compensated $50 per additional hour where their services are rendered for the Offeror. o In the event of a funeral service requiring an overnight stay by the Offeree, the Offeror agrees to provide room and board and additional $60 per day for other expenses. Expenses that exceed $60 per day will be the responsibility of the Offeree. • The Offeree will perform embalming procedures for the Offeror. The Offeree understands that these procedures must be conducted meeting all ethical requirements set forth by Federal and State statutes, and must also consider Judicial standards of ethics as well. The Offeree will also conduct the procedures with full care for the deceased and the grieving family; putting forth best ethics and best effort. o The Offeree will offer these services from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. o The Offeree will offer these services on the set nights, from 5pm-9am, of Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday of each week. These nights will take priority for scheduling over selected call nights for funeral directing (see bullet on funeral directing). The Offeree will be rendered $200 for each embalming procedure performed during these time frames of the selected nights. This payment will be given on each Friday during normal pay period. o The Offeree will not be required to provide embalming supplies for procedures. The Offeror takes full financial responsibility for any supplies required to match ethical standards set forth by Federal, State, or Judicial standards.
