This will allow for stress-tests, security tests, performance testing and many others tests to be undertaken whilst the business still operates with the old system. Implementation is the most critical in the eyes of Connect+ as whilst additional revenue is the goal of introducing new technologies and advancements, Connect+ does not want existing revenue to be hindered or lost due to poor implementation. Therefore, the modular implementation strategy best suits Connect+ when updating its information system.
