As you have just started working at Plan2go, it is important that you identify and understand the goals and key performance indicators (KPI’s) of the People and Culture Division. These are documented in the People and Culture Crew Strategic Overview and Operational Plan.
Due to a recent change in global environmental conditions, it is important that employees are able to work remotely (off-site) and flexibly. This has now become a priority for the organisation and your department.
Your supervisor has asked you to review the Strategic Overview and Operational Plan and to focus on the Flexible work arrangements strategy (6.1).
You need to complete the table on the following page to identify the key actions, performance indicators and primary responsibility for Strategy 6.1. This will enable you to identify your own work role with the group and your own KPI’s
