2. What is the representation of group

3. What are the mechanisms for engaging with the organisations priorities

4. What methods are in place for ensuring accountability for practice

5. Consider a particular leadership skill you want to develop

6. Relate it to one of the many health & safety standards in your area of practice such as:
• the NSQHS
• Aged Care Quality Standards
• National Palliative Care Standards:
• Mental Health Standards

To meet this criterion, health service organisations are required to:

1. Integrate clinical governance and apply quality improvement systems

2. Apply principles of partnering with consumers, health literacy and shared decision making when developing and implementing organisational clinical communication processes

3. Implement safety and quality systems and processes to support effective clinical communication during high-risk situations.
