a. You are a college teacher in a college ABA program. You meet a parent of one of your students at a local supermarket. She asks you about how her daughter is doing in your course.
b. You are a school principal. Your secretary is frustrated with your school’s overflowing records and asks permission to shred the following records:
1. permanent record cards of students who graduated 10 years ago
2. Program admission applications from 5 years ago
3. Regents examinations from 3 years ago.
