Related to TATA Steel, you must address the following considerations
1.Analyse the diversity within the leadership executive and leadership structure 
2.Examine what conditions or policies maximise ethical conduct within the leadership executive
3.Identify the impact of external stakeholders on the organisation and determine criteria to prioritise the management of the identified stakeholders

Part 2
For part 2, Leadership Reflection, you should:
 
Outline the key learnings that have a significance to themselves from the content focusing on the leadership capacity supported by quality sources
Develop a leadership action plan for the oncome 12 months detailing
What will you start doing?
What will you continue to do? 
What will you stop doing?
Each section should include detailed actions and measures that will determine the success or otherwise of the three actions
The reflection can have a significant impact on your working career as leadership and its related content are often well described but sometimes difficult to enact. 
You are asked to always have the assessment in mind as you work through the course. You are advised to keep reflective records of your learning and the exercises will provide support for this reflection.
