The ICS-Connect assessment, based on the work of psychologist Carl Jung, gives you a clearer picture of your communication style and preferences. Everyone has each of the energies described below but some are more preferred by each individual. These styles help us understand ourselves and how to interact with others whose styles are more or less similar to our own.
