Leadership Responsibilities

Promote a clear vision to the teachers, students, parents, staff, and the overall community as they pertain to the direction of the school

Appropriately delegate duties to fulfill my primary administrator duties

Appropriately managing my time to focus more on fulfilling the students’ interests

Motivate change and strategic action to solve problems as they arise

Responsibility to Students, Parents, Employers, and Community

Be transparent with, respect, and maintain healthy relationships with students that foster their education
