Vision, Mission and Values Reflection
MY VISION STATEMENT
I believe that I will become an excellent manager of an APP development team, organize employees to develop interesting and popular APPs, provide services for more Internet users and bring more happiness to them. In my personal development team, I will respect and manage my employees, strive to achieve career promotion, prove my determination and professional knowledge to the team, and win the respect of colleagues, so as to achieve my personal goals. I think what motivates me to move forward is not only my vision for the future, but also my unique values and concern for people’s happiness. I think technology is closely related to social life. Only when we are based on social life can we use technology to develop more interesting products. Now the APPs keep pace with the times, so we need to be more sensitive to observe life and explore its content. In order to fulfill my career vision, when developing the APP, I will carry out the whole project in stages. Before the development of the APP begins, I will determine the product development cycle and the time of the field that each staff is good at. Time is flexible. If we want to develop fast and efficiently, we need to maintain high efficiency. Management is a matter that particularly depends on personal experience. These experiences can come from our own observation or from books. But the most important point is to determine how to manage according to the specific team and specific people. It should not be too dogmatic. Sometimes the experience of others may not be suitable for us, and the experience in books may not be suitable for reality. Therefore, when considering career vision, we need to fully consider the actual situation.
MY MISSION STATEMENT
I live to develop my talents as a communicator, manager and leader. I create a balance between work, entertainment and social development. I motivate people who interact with me. I believe that technology can change human life, and history has proved that it is. The reason why I want to be a manager of an app team is that I not only know the relevant scientific and technological knowledge, but also have good leadership and management skills. I think I am very good at discovering the advantages of others and tapping their potential and assigning different jobs for different people. It’s very important to make great changes with wisdom and principles. Steve Jobs once said that “living is to change the world”. I think this vision is very macro, so I’m willing to set an example and uphold this belief to constantly change life and society, bring happiness to more people and bring value to society. At the same time, I think it is very important to maintain a sense of morality. Today’s society is very fast-paced. In order to get more consumers’ attention, many app developers will violate certain business principles, such as business monitoring or privacy acquisition for customers. I don’t think this should be done. No matter what industry we are engaged in, we need to stick to our moral bottom line and principles. In the process of app development of the team I lead, I will not monitor the privacy information of customers. I think it is a kind of protection for the rights of customers. As developers, we also have the obligation and responsibility to pay attention to the privacy of every customer.

My happiest time was when I formed a team with three friends to participate in a computer programming competition. The three people are all my college classmates, and the process of participating in the competition with them was very happy and full of challenges. On the one hand, I was very interested in computer programming. On the other hand, through our efforts, we really won the first prize in the final competition. Also, I think challenge itself is very important, because challenge means opportunity, and it also means that we can constantly explore new ourselves, discover our potential, and dare to create. This process is very precious. At the same time, the four of us together formed a close community, which means that we strived for a consistent goal. We reached consensus. This kind of feeling is very wonderful, that is, many people work hard for a common goal. Thus, when I look back on the past, I am very moved and happy.

My proudest time was when the four of us went to the award ceremony of the computer programming competition as a group, because we won the first prize. I was very proud at that time, because I think this honor not only represents my personal ability, but also represents the strength of our whole team, that is, we have achieved substantial success. Although the programming level of the four of us is relatively high, we need to prove ourselves through competition, so I think success itself is very important because it reflects our strength and dedication. Participating in the game can also show our courage. Even if we don’t get the final victory, I think this process is still worth recalling, because participation itself is also a kind of courage and concept, so we need to actively undertake our own responsibility, and constantly struggle for our own goals and ideals, which is actually a very precious wealth in life. After knowing that I have won the prize, my parents and friends were very proud of me, and I was very willing to share my happiness with them. In addition to my personal happiness, I think the factors leading to my pride also include the recognition of others and our strength. This recognition from the outside world is also very critical.

Once I went to climb a snow mountain with another friend, but we didn’t reach the top that night, and there was a big snowstorm at that time, so we spent that night in the cave. But the next day we continued to climb, and in the afternoon, we finally reached the top of the snow mountain. At that moment, I felt very fulfilled and satisfied, because I felt that I had achieved my wish and appeal. I think this experience gives me the meaning of life, because it means that I have completed my own challenges, and it also represents a kind of strength and courage. When I stood on the top of the snow mountain and looked at the scenery below, I felt very satisfied, as if I stand on the top of the world. I think the natural beauty and scenery give me this sense of achievement, and I am also proud of my efforts, because if we chose to give up the night before, then we would not be able to enjoy the beauty of the top of the snow mountain. At the same time, I think the cooperation between me and my friend is very important, which is a kind of company and encouragement.
MY VALUES
Challenges: People tend to be willing to maintain the status quo rather than change. However, if we are only content with the status quo and do not challenge new or difficult things, it means that we have begun to regress.
Community: Community represents not only the substantial existence, but also the spiritual closeness and consistency.
Success: Success means that people achieve the expected goal through conscious efforts. I hope we will not be discouraged when we fail, because as long as we find the right way and take action to achieve it, we will reach the expected goal and succeed!
Courage: The concept of courage in psychology refers to the motivation with initiative to maintain the will and behavior, which can be divided into three psychological states: courage, patience and worry.
Collaboration: Collaboration is a kind of joint action and way between individuals and groups in order to achieve the common goal.
The five values are in a circle because they constitute my values together.
