Organizational SWOT Analysis
Description:
The main purpose of a SWOT is to identify strengths, reduce weaknesses, and analyze opportunities and threats you may encounter. There are many benefits and advantages of using SWOT analysis for organizational development; such as focusing on your strengths, minimizing your weaknesses, and taking the greatest possible advantage of opportunities available.
If you were planning on advocating for a cause or for a demographic of people, which organization would you approach and why?
