In this course, we discussed three of the gravest environmental problems faced by the earth today:

Climate Change

Mass Extinction

Pandemic

Pick one of these problems and explain how you would solve it. In doing so, you should focus on:

Identifying the most important causes of the problem (in the process, explaining why they are important)

Explain how these causes can be removed or negated.

You all know my view by now. There are no points for reiterating my view! I am much more interested in seeing how well you can reason about environmental issues than the specific conclusions you reach. And, if you decide:

An environmental problem is overblown or not worth the trouble of dealing with …

… Then I’d like to hear your reasoning for this too.

There are no right and wrong positions here, merely good and bad arguments. I am in interested in hearing your arguments.
