SUMMARY
SUMMARY
In summary, SRHH continued to perform at full capacity with uninterrupted services when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out. Leadership had to think outside of the box to implement different ways to communicate to staff. With technology innovation, SRHH now has capability to hold virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, as well as posts tutorial videos and podcasts.
