The individuals must invest their time in the change plan to address nurse burnout. Nurses should be ready to invest their resources, such as time and funds, in setting boundaries. Time is the most important resource where nurses plan for their time in a schedule. Timetable acts as a guide to help nurses balance their daily activities. Nurses also use funds to acquire equipment for healthy activities such as running or walking in parks or doing gym exercises (Thomas, Bantz & McIntosh, 2019). Equipment includes bodywear such as swimming costumes and athletic suits for engaging in recreational activities. Facilities include the venues where individuals perform recreational activities such as public parks, gyms, and libraries. 

Outputs

Outputs are the products of the change plan. While engaging in recreational activities, individuals will have training sessions. For instance, the individuals are assigned instructors who guide them in the training activities in the gym. The individuals will also interact with different publications as part of training or for personal reasons to increase knowledge (Chunta, 2020). Individuals who choose reading activity will interact with many publications as they conduct reading. Individuals will also interact with publications as they research more about their desired activities.

Outcomes

Outcomes are the intended accomplishments of the change plan. The individuals will experience better work performance since they are in an optimal state to perform well without any stressors. Individuals will also have improved personal health by avoiding various health problems associated with nurse burnout, such as depression (Chunta, 2020). Individuals will have improved their quality of life by allocating enough time for personal development and preventing health problems. The change plan entails improving lifestyles through enough sleep, allocating time for personal growth, and maintaining life balance.
