Loving Home Center employed Sample Doe full time as a personal care aide. For more than three years she took care of our residents and reports any abnormalities to her supervisor. She cared for three of our residents, two were Alzheimer’s residents. Sample Doe look out for the physical safety of the residents, she provided emotional support and friendship to the residents. In short she provided basic support and assistance in daily activities of the residents

Sample Doe is smart and motivated individual. Sample is more than capable to manage a small group of people. She covers shifts for the manager when the manager is not able to work. She takes residents to doctor’s office visits and inform doctor of any changes observed.
