My stay at Stelle Athletica has been a success. The company’s business and growth sector has benefitted from my high skills in marketing. Through my market segmentation and grouping analysis, the firm got into its niche in the market. Through this, the marketing team focused its sale in the correct market segment, pushing sales high up. From this contribution, my confidence in handling marketing improved. I was able to put into practice the lessons on focused marketing, as learned from class. The result of my action earned me gifts as wells as praises from the manager.

Over the past two weeks, the challenge of overworking remained a significant issue. During the previous week, I was overwhelmed with work. Due to my success in pushing the firm’s sales, the confidence in me among the other workers grew. For this reason, they would bring more tasks and data requiring my help to sort them out. Even though this was a challenge, I took it as a motion to entail the mindset of handwork. I worked almost ten hours, which was against my stipulated time of eight hours.

This week has been quite exciting as the duties in the office were more practical. As a marketing analyst, I offered my hand to the marketing team participating in actions, including supporting the firm’s marketing campaign planning and execution. Also, in collaboration with my colleagues, I aided them in creating written images and video content for the firm (Stelle World 2021). This is enhanced by creativity skills, a tool that is vital in marketing. Creativity is always emphasized at school when the topic of marketing is brought up. My days in Stelle Athelica continued to enhance my skills and knowledge in marketing each day.
