To earn a higher designation level for this criterion you needed to reflect on which evidence was most relevant and useful when making decisions regarding the care plan and discuss the rationale or criteria that was used to determine relevance and usefulness. (This should be actual articles/books/websites, etc that were used to create your care plan). Discuss each source. Why it was relevant? Why it was credible?
