1. The process is instant to file and send files, there is no waiting which saves time and boost productivity.
2. There are no searching for files which saves hours of time, also it is much easier to find and correct a misplaced file.
3. The usage have made office spaces more organized and less cluttered which reduced stress and increases productivity.
I have addressed a specific question, about a relevant change in my field of study. Human Resources is my field of study. The specific question, I intend to address is how have electronic filing systems benefited businesses in terms of cost, sustainability, and productivity. This being the effect and three supporting points. The development of my ideas relates to the effect of the change. The criteria to work on will be my plan for future research. I have not specifically narrowed down the research or evidence needed for the ideas of my thesis. I intend to watch the video available in the Academic Success Center, when formatting my papers to APA style.
