PURPOSE OF THE CASE STUDY:

AND 3.B., and P0WERPOINT 1.A./Slide 2 in the REQUIRED READING FOLDER FOR WEEK 1/MODULE 2, discuss the competencies that should be developed by effective managers and by employees in the Human Resources Department to effectively manage Human Resources. (Competencies include KSAOCs: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Competencies)
One of the most critical competencies is Emotional Intelligence. This Case Study explores the meaning and significance of Emotional Intelligence, and how it is critical in helping people to operate more effectively and compassionately in their jobs.
