The Covid-19 pandemic led to many governments making temporary changes to their normal processes such as budget approval, procurement, transparency, and accountability. With respect to one country or region of your choice, what changes do you think need to be made to the public financial management system so that it is better able to operate in a future crisis?

Need to focus this on a place where there is available data about COVID-19 response

Show some insight into how governments might make changes to their PFM systems as a result of what was learned in 2020 and 2021.

Include analysis as well as description — even better if you have data
