A needs assessment of Rowan University students revealed that students feel that they do not know how to handle their stress levels. Data indicates that students report they do not know how to manage their time well, use drugs/alcohol to cope with stress, and are sleeping less than 5 hours a night to get their work accomplished. You work at the campus wellness center, and the Director asked you to create a new program to decrease the perceived stress levels of the students.

What will be the Objectives of your program? (either process, impact and or outcome). Be sure that these objectives are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, reasonable and timely) AND are directly related to the Goal of your program.
