The attached file I an assignment that we already worked on and we discussed about Etihad Airways , we used the CEAL tool and survey for data collection.
So , we are asked now to change this file to a research paper , so we will change some titles and add some parts and modify some parts , do literature review and so on , the goal of this to make it a research paper.
However, please write an “Abstract ( 300 – 500 words ) and introduction ( about 400 – 500 words ) for this paper. Because this is my part and therefore, other parts will be given to my collegues.
No Need for any references , only Abstract + Introduction.
