Child Health (MCH) problem. The memo should include the problem
statement and additional contextual information: a summary of program or
policy options; the proposed intervention; a discussion of stakeholders
who may oppose or support the proposed intervention; and your final
recommendaton. (The problem should refer to a well-defined population
and include a time frame and the context. Your problem statement may
stem from or be related to the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) topic or
issue you discussed before in your Paper; however, it will likely need
to be much more specific.)
