Report template attached where I have started issue 1 of the task and started the references section. I have also attached a case list word doc, and screenshot with report template as highlighted in blue other cases that can be used. After private nuisance there are just some notes for the other points. I have attached the assignment brief and an RICS doc that may also help to refer to.
