Description
Develop a project scope for an FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) for Fresenius. As a first milestone, you need to find an FDI offer for Fresenius, which can be either for Fresenius Kabi or Fresenius Medical Care.
Both are Fresenius, but they procure different things, watch out. But it has to be for a new manufacturing site and NOT for a new service site and NOT for an existing site where Frenius is already manufacturing.
The FDI must have a positive outcome and follow Dunning’s OLI framework (OLI stands for Ownership, Location, and Internalization). So take this into account when determining the scope.
