In this discussion, you will compare and contrast HR functions in your chosen country with the USA. 
Choose 3 different HR functions from the following list:  recruitment, orientation, training, supervision, compensation and benefits, human resources development, performance evaluation, and/or discharge and describe how they may be the same or different in your chosen country to what is commonly practiced in the USA.  Please be sure to discuss each of the functions separately.
It is anticipated that your initial post will be 500 words in length (one page, single spaced) and reference a minimum of 3 cited sources.
