Submit a minimum of 1500 words of content a detailed business report as a Word Document in which you:

Provide a detailed description of your selected organization

Provide a detailed analysis of the external environment for the organization you researched in Week 1. 

Provide a summary of your selected organization’s strengths and weaknesses you identified in Week 1, (Target Company).

Based on your detailed assessment/ analysis, recommended opportunities for that organization to add economic, social, and environmental value. 

Recommend an opportunity that best capitalizes on the organization’s valuable, rare, and hard-to-imitate resources.

• Provide a detailed explanation of how and why your recommended opportunity will take the best advantage of the external environment.
