Using the ‘iconic’ 1968 Olympics image provided and the annotated bibliography, write a research essay which discusses the points below: 1) What makes this image noteworthy? 2) In what discourse is the image considered important and why? 3) What role does the image play in normalising and/or marginalising individuals and groups?
