As a part of developing your DEI plan for Speedy Pro, you have been asked to identify best practices companies use for establishing and sustaining DEI for their employees with respect to race, gender, national origin, age, gender/sexual preference, pregnancy, and other protected categories. Your team will begin by researching best practices in DEI from companies and the literature. We recommend that you each do some research on best practices related to your discipline
