Ethical Dillema The ethic dillema is that you are an EMT, there is a car accident that leaves 1 of the passengers in critical condition and the other being severely injured. One of them is your partner and the other injured patient is the person your partner is cheating on you with. Your partner is in a worse state than the other. Who do you help first? Would you let your emotions get in the way of who you save first or would you help according to the medical code and save who is in critical condition first.
