Research question: Older people choose living independently in a familiar environment for a long time. Facilitating aging in place would help in improving the quality of life for them. Providing aging in place services improves the quality of life of older adults, enables them to stay engaged in their local communities, keeps them connected to their communities, improves their security, and limits the negative effects of relocation, such as confusion and self-isolation

Proposed solution: IOT based home automation based on Self Care.

Using Orcad or Pspice simulation propose a smart home with sensors which can help with the aging in place/old/sick people. A smart home system must ‘decide’ to warn carers if and when deviations from predicted behaviour occur.
