Scenario: You are the marketing consultant working for one of the following sporting apparel companies. This industry produces clothing and footwear to be worn for sport or physical exercise and these products are designed to provide comfort and agility while engaging in physical activity, yet are often worn as casual fashion.
Please note: for this assessment you can select from one of the following companies: Under Armour, Lulu Lemon, Patagonia, or Sketchers. You will conduct an industry analysis on the current ‘sportswear’ marketplace in Australia as you are looking to launch a brand extension via a new product worn for physical activity or even leisure (see Assessment 4) in the near future into the Australian marketplace.
