1. Based on the article and our in-class discussion of organizational culture, how would you characterize Uber’s organizational culture? Use the dimensions of organizational culture (see Class 2 slides) to conduct your analysis.
2. Assuming that Uber needs to change its organizational culture to achieve long-term success, what recommendations would you make? In other words, which aspects of its organizational culture should Uber change? Why? What specific steps can it take to change its culture (be sure to reflect on the factors/processes that maintain organizational culture)?
