Critically analyze a health policy issue impacting nursing by addressing an opposing stakeholder’s viewpoint. The opponent must be from a health care profession outside of nursing. You will synthesize the issue, propose a policy solution, and address opposing viewpoints in a double-sided one-pager (also known as a leave-behind). One page will be dedicated to an objective overview of the issue from nursing’s viewpoint (the proponent’s), and one page will be dedicated to factually addressing the opposing stakeholder’s issues and concerns.
