Founded near the city of Al Ain, UAE, Big Quality Care Center is a big nursing home facility for the elderly. Because of the sheer size and diverse range of occupants served, the Center predominantly relies on very highly skilled nursing professionals. Because AL Ain has had a long-term shortage of quality nursing professionals, the Center has some of the state-of-the-art HR practices to both retain and maximize the performance of the Center’s nurses. Recently, however, the CEO has received several anonymous complaints from the nursing staff that many ratings seemed inaccurate and inconsistent. Concerned that the Center may lose many of its quality nurses to competitors if the complaints are left unaddressed, the CEO at the Center has decided to appoint a HR consultant to formulate a performance management system. Luckily the CEO has gathered enough trust and selected you. Considering yourself as an HR consultant, work with your client Big Quality Care Center, UAE in identifying various ethical principles and challenges faced by the health care organizations in implementing the present performance management system. And design an ideal performance management system by applying key features and principles that will enable them to run their business with efficiency. The CEO also wants you to provide a research report and deliver a presentation about the overview and the details of the new performance management system.
