You work at CareShore as a case manager.
As part of your role as a supervisor for case management, you are required to review case management plans and practices to ensure that practice standards and legislative requirements are adhered to.
You have been asked to:
a) review the following case management plans and provide feedback using your specialist knowledge
b) seek feedback from stakeholders.
As part of your review, you have found the following case management plans developed by your workers.

A. Review Ellie’s case management plan provided. What feedback and advice would you provide to her regarding her plan?
B. You would like to work with Margaret to improve her performance. Describe each of the following supervision models and how it could be applied when working with Margaret.
C. You are concerned about Teisha’s case. How could you further monitor and evaluate progress in this case?
D. List and describe three sources of specialist information that you could access for further advice in Teisha’s case?
E. Describe what you should do in accordance with organisation requirements in relation to Ellie’s situation
