I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to visit Construction IT Services on June 15, 2021. It was my honor to be hosted in the human resource department by you, Ms. Ann Jolie, and your assistant manager, Mr. James Potter, following my application for a technical support engineer position.

Mr. Potter articulately explained the company’s objective to optimize its resources and expand its market share in the next two years. The company’s strategies and structure depicted its preparedness to penetrate and dominate the IT industry within and beyond the United States. I found the company’s recruitment strategy that targets experienced and multidimensional employees to fit my experience in the IT industry and leadership. The company’s objective to optimize its resources and particularly the human resource complimented my ability to optimize my performance and those around me through teamwork, self-leadership, and critical thinking. Also, I was interested in your company’s goal to expand its market since I can utilize my skills in customer service and IT to engage customers beyond the company’s geographical vicinity. I believe that my skills in problem-solving will be critical in coping with the highly competitive IT industry with ever-changing customer needs.

You raised concerns about my lack of experience in the construction technical support position since the company preferred experienced personnel. You explained that the company had a recession due to Covid-19 and is reluctant to incur training expenditures at the moment. However, I am a quick learner and will swiftly learn under the leadership of the technical engineer, Mr. Marktone, whom I had known from 2017 when I worked as a sales representative in the Robersonville Meat Packing Company, Robersonville, NC.
