PY2111: Learning Processes Behavior and Performance Assessment Item 2: Behaviour Modification Assignment For the behaviour modification assignment, you will be required to develop and implement a behavioural self-management programme. This will require you to select a behaviour that you wish to change and, by using principles of behaviour change, alter this behaviour over a four-to-five-week period. You will need to monitor (i.e., keep a record of) the behaviour over the training period and present the results in report format. As behaviour modification is an ongoing process, over the study period the report will be discussed in tutorials, and you are encouraged to bring questions to those sessions. This is not a report which you can do in a short time period, and you will need to engage in ongoing activity over the study period.
