Assignment I: Financial Analysis 4.1. Objective The financial analysis is the first component of the integrated analysis of this project. The principal focus of this analysis is to see whether the deal is financially feasible and what the benefits would be for private investors. (The “deal” consists of both taking over AWSS and implementing the project.) 4.2. Approach i. Incremental Analysis The model uses the incremental analysis approach, where the incremental impact is measured of the project that is over and above what would have occurred in the absence of the project.
